The Office of the Municipal Mayor provides leadership and governance to ensure efficient public service delivery. It facilitates transparent communication with constituents, implements local policies focused on infrastructure, health, education, social welfare, tourism, and economic growth, and coordinates with national agencies to secure resources for municipal programs.

Oversees accounting and internal auditing functions, manages all cash inflows and outflows, prepares financial statements for the municipality and its 31 barangays, and conducts pre-audit reviews of disbursements before payments are processed.

Takes custody of and exercises proper management of LGU funds. Services include: collection of Real Property Tax and Business Taxes; issuance of Community Tax Certificates, Real Property Tax Clearances, and treasury certifications; release of checks; and sealing of weights and measures.

In charge of operating the Municipal Public Market and supervising market vendors and stall owners. Services include issuance of cash tickets and certifications, collection of rental and slaughter fees, receiving applications to lease market stalls, and sealing of metric instruments.
